I was working with a Muslim and began a search for apologetic sources on the subject and found the following:

  • Answering Islam by Abdul Saleb and Norman L. Geisler
    Baker pubs ISBN 0-8010-3859-6

 

I no longer work with him and have only read a small portion of the book, but it seems promising.
