Hi Joan,
The best way to begin is to contact your local parish priest to obtain the telephone number or contact information for the local Legion of Mary Praesidium.
The Praesidium is the local governing body.
They will provide all the information you need at the local level.
If the local parish priest does not have this information, you could contact your
bishop's office.
