Ana,
The quick answer is no.
It was not only the fact that Jesus was pure from sin in His human nature that enabled His sacrifice to have the infinite power it had to forgive all repentant sin. More importantly, it was the fact that He was a divine person.
If Jesus was not the eternal Son of God that took on a human nature, His sacrifice would have meant little to the human race.
Mary was not divine, but a creature like you and I. Even though she was conceived without sin, she possessed only a human nature. Her sacrificial death could not have saved anyone.
Only when her sacrifices are united to her Son's Sacrifice, are they meritorious.
Only God has the power to break the powerful bond of sin, and Jesus, representing us as a man in His human nature, was also God in His divine nature. Jesus, the God-man, defeats the devil and offers us a Way back to the Father.
"I am the way, the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father except through Me." (John 14:6)
Peace,
Paul
