Hi, John —

I would recommend that you get affidavits of what took place and then appeal to the new pastor of the parish to create the records that should have been recorded back when you became a Catholic.

There should have been a record of your coming into the Church in the Baptismal register of the Church that received you. That record would also note where you were actually baptized.

Whoever brought you into the Church may have been sloppy with the records. It may very well be that you will need to produce a record of your Baptism again but you said you have them so it should all go pretty smoothly.
