Yes, your child can be baptized but the qualification is that she is raised as a Catholic.
This presumes you are practicing your faith.

  • Why don't you talk to your parish priest about joining RCIA so you can get your
    First Communion and Confirmation and start living a fully Catholic life?

You must lead your child by living as an example. Start now by giving her a fully Christian home to form her with a rich knowledge of God. It won't hurt you either.
