You receive First Communion before Confirmation anyway, so yes. Provided you are baptized and have received some instruction through the CCD program, RCIA, or pastor's discretion, you can receive this sacrament.

You should inquire at your local parish about the best way for you to prepare. It may be that you could be a part of a RCIA program that would allow you to receive Eucharist and Confirmation at Easter time.

Sometimes people who have missed sacraments along the way can catch up through this program and receive two or three sacraments in the same event, typically at the Easter Vigil.
