It depends on the specific Chapel and Bishop — however, you will most likely not be given permission to have a sacramental wedding in a non-denominational church involving two Catholics, as in your case.
See Canon 1118 §1:
A marriage between Catholics or between a Catholic party and a non-Catholic baptized party is to be celebrated in a parish church. It can be celebrated in another church or oratory with the permission of the local ordinary or pastor.
Note that the Canon does allow the pastor to make the call but most dioceses have Diocesan norms that the pastor would have to follow.
