Technically you don't have to go through RCIA since you already have had your First Communion but I would still recommend it.
Normally, you would have your first Confession before receiving your First Communion so if your priest didn't give you the sacrament of Confession, you should receive that first. RCIA can prepare you for Confirmation which you should have already had as well.
Being married in the Church is wonderful but living a life of faith in the Church is better, and for that, good education and formation is needed. Going through RCIA will enable you to grow stronger and more in tune with your Catholic identity and faith.
