With your repentance, this sin will be forgiven with Baptism, as all sins are. Perhaps it would be good to talk to a priest about how you could best do penance for your sterilization.

One school of thought is that, as an act of justice, the repentant, sterilized person should practice Natural Family Planning (NFP), even though sterilized. It is a way to show your love for God by the monthly sacrifice you would have been doing to avoid pregnancy had you not gone through the life-thwarting procedure.

If it is reasonable and proportionate to have it reversed, that would be a good idea.
