I know not of laws specific to the Philippines, but the Catholic Church has no law prohibiting such a marriage.

Generally, prohibition extends only to first cousins but there have even been dispensations for that in history so absenting local law, there is no problem.

In my diocese, we do first cousin dispensations at least once a year.
