No, you do not have to get re-baptized. Whether you missed one of the following sacraments, or not . . .

  • First Confession
  • First Holy Communion, or
  • Confirmation

. . . all you have to do is go to Confession and tell the priest you want to come back to the Catholic Church.

If you did miss one of those sacraments listed above, tell him you wish to make an appointment to receive whatever sacrament(s) you missed and . . .
