Confess to a priest. He will be able to handle any paperwork that may be necessary, but I think priests have the faculties now to deal with abortions entirely themselves.

I really encourage you to find a ministry that will help you heal from your abortion and come to terms with its effects. Rachel's Vineyard or Project Rachel are just two such ministries in the U.S. but it doesn't appear they operate in the Philippines.

I applaud you for taking the courageous step of pursuing the Sacrament of Reconciliation. I pray you find the mercy and compassion you need.
