Olamide,
I'm not sure what you mean about monopolizing God, but God, being infinite, cannot be monopolized by anybody. He has infinite resources that no creature can exhaust.
God cannot be manipulated because He is omniscient, meaning he knows everything including whether you're trying to manipulate Him or not. He's infinitely smart so you can't outsmart Him.
The Bible tells us that God is no respecter of persons, which means that he is not biased. God is omnipotent, meaning He can do anything that doesn't involve a logical contradiction. If he chooses not to grant a request for whatever reason, He can do it, and it's His prerogative. But, He is also infinitely good, so whatever He does is in the best interests of those involved.
God in fact is the only one who can be completely trusted. He will never fail to fulfill His promises.
God is not a creature, or a being among beings (supreme being). He is the source and ground of all being. He is all powerful, all knowing, all good, all loving [Scripture simply says God is love (1 John 4)], and all present (present everywhere). He has no limits. He is outside of time rather than confined to it like we are. He is completely beyond our comprehension.
I hope this gives you a better idea of who God is.
Eric
