In these times of single family households, it would be nice to give Joseph some credit.
I love him and he is such a great help to Mary; I am sure Mary would love it too.

Mary,
When praying the Rosary privately, you can add whatever you wish that's not theologically dubious.
I'd encourage you to call him the "foster Father of God" since that's more precise, but it's fine if you want to add prayers to the Rosary.
